The hotel is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach resort, just a 5-minute walk from one of the popular beaches – Cacao Beach. The hotel consists of two twin buildings with 5 floors – 4 hotel and one ground floor. There are two elevators in each entrance of the buildings for maximum convenience of guests during their check-in or check-out. It has 140 modernly furnished family rooms.
On the territory of the hotel there are: supermarket, restaurant, bar, exchange office, luggage room, two huge swimming pools, children’s pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free for hotel guests.
All rooms are equipped with a separate bedroom, satellite TV, mini fridge, bathroom, hairdryer, balcony and air conditioning.

All guests of the Palazzo hotel are accommodated on Full Board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) od All inclusive (with alcohol, ice cream..)
- parking at the hotel, which is paid additionally €9 per day (security, video surveillance)
- each participant who uses the hotel parking lot pays the price set by the hotel
- hotel accommodation based on x nights
- Each participant arranges their own transportation to the participating stages.
